South Australia , Mclaren Vale. The blend is composed of 68% Shiraz, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot and is a tribute to winemakers Sparky & Sarah Marquis dancing abilities, or lack there of.
Black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose with blackcurrant and violet top note, followed by vanilla and cedar. Explosive palate with flavours of liquorice allsorts and black pepper – very spicy palate with blackcurrant and liquorice back palate. Fine dry tannins. Very long aftertaste of black pepper, blackcurrant and liquorice. Cellar 3-4 years (2011-2012)
